Reporting issues
Help us keep Echoed safe by reporting violations. Here's what you can report:
- Harassment or bullying — Users targeting others with abusive behavior
- Spam or scams — Unsolicited messages, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
- Inappropriate content — Content that violates our community guidelines
- Impersonation — Users pretending to be someone else
- Threats or violence — Any threats of harm to individuals or groups
- Underage users — Users who appear to be under 13 years old
How to report: Email support@echoed.gg with:
- The username of the person you're reporting
- Screenshots or evidence of the violation
- A brief description of what happened
Stay safe on Echoed
Follow these tips to protect yourself and your account:
- Protect your password — Use a strong, unique password. Never share it with anyone, including people claiming to be Echoed staff.
- Be careful with personal info — Don't share personal details like your address, phone number, or financial information with strangers.
- Trust your instincts — If something feels off about a user or server, leave and report it. Your safety comes first.
- Use privacy settings — Adjust who can message you and see your profile. Keep your circle tight.
- Report suspicious activity — See something wrong? Report it. You're helping keep the community safe for everyone.
