These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between Echoed Labs LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (“Echoed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you (the “user”). By accessing or using Echoed, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By creating an account or using Echoed, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Echoed. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate our services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. The data controller for the personal information we process is Echoed Labs LLC, at the principal office address listed above.

You can request permanent deletion of your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the app. Your request enters a 14-day grace period during which the account is deactivated and invisible to others, but still recoverable if you change your mind.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within the deletion flow timeline described above, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
Echoed runs on its own native authentication and backend infrastructure. We use a small number of privacy-respecting operational providers (e.g. transactional email, cloud storage for user-uploaded files, error monitoring) strictly to operate the service. We do not share your personal data with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not sell your data.
